Issue
I'm getting the below error while launching Jupyter notebook from Ananconda, any ideas how to resolve this?

Solution
There are some dependencies that are not working correctly as mentioned here https://github.com/jupyter/notebook/issues/1632 Try the following:
conda remove zeromq
conda install zeromq
