Issue
While creating a new Jupyter notebook file and uploading the .ipynb
file, it's throwing 500: Internal Server Error in my browser.
The trace back on my terminal is as follows:

Please suggest any solution if anyone have, will be great help for me.
Solution
I was having the same issue due to a Pygments 2.3.1 version.
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
Where the content of the file requirements.txt is:
Pygments>=2.6.1
