Issue
I want to create a dataframe with the average of groups of rows.
The last column treatment_df[patient]
contains row values P1, P2, P3, P4, P5...and then followed by P1, P2, P3, P4, P5...and so on. For each P1-P5, I want to get the average row values and assign to new dataframe.
In the new dataframe, change the column names to remove the "_P1", "_P2", "_P3", "_P4", "_P5" values after the first underscore.
