I have the following code that is working.

I want to display a nice plot of SHAP
values.
I tryied the following line of code
shap.summary_plot(shap_values, X, feature_names=['Feature 1', 'Feature 2', 'Feature 3', 'Feature 4', 'Feature 5'])
but is not working
Solution
With your LSTM model, specify the class and datapoint you want to explain, and you'll satisfy summary_plot
expectations of data shapes, i.e.:
cls = 0
idx = 0
shap.summary_plot(shap_values[cls][:,idx,:], X[:,idx,:])
