I've run into an error that I've had some trouble fixing.

But it's throwing the error above claiming it has an inhomogeneous part or shape, but I am certain I am sending in consistently sized sub-arrays namely two integers and an 8x8 2d array of integers.
so [integer, integer, [8][8]integer].
What could be causing this?
